Still Worth Going (“SWG”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Liquid Sunshine Ltd (“Liquid Sunshine”), a company registered in England and Wales. This policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal data when you use stillworthgoing.com and related services.

2. Data we collect
Account and venue data
When you create or manage an account, we process:
- Email address and password (stored as a one-way hash)
- Attraction / venue name, website domain, and location details you provide
- Opening hours, covered facilities, and other embed configuration
- Account membership and role (e.g. owner)
- Subscription status
Payment data
Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive billing-related identifiers and subscription status from Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to payment processing: stripe.com/privacy.
Technical and security data
- Session cookies used to keep you signed in (see our Cookie Policy)
- Password-reset tokens (time-limited)
- Server and edge logs that may include IP address, user agent, request path, and timestamps (for security, debugging, and abuse prevention)
Weather and embed data
Forecast content is derived from weather providers (currently Open-Meteo) and venue settings you configure. Public embed pages serve venue weather information to visitors of your website; that content is not used to identify end visitors for marketing.
We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising cookies on the SWG marketing site or dashboard.

4. Sharing
We share personal data only as needed to run SWG:
- Cloudflare — hosting, Workers, D1, KV, CDN, and related infrastructure
- Stripe — payment and subscription processing
- Email delivery providers — transactional mail (e.g. password resets), sent from our domain
- Weather data providers — location/forecast requests needed to generate venue weather (not sold as marketing lists)
- Professional advisers or authorities — where required by law or to protect our rights
We do not sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
Infrastructure and processors may process data outside the UK. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses used by our providers).
6. Retention
- Account data — while your account is active, then deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period after closure unless we must keep it longer (e.g. billing records)
- Sessions — until expiry or sign-out (typically up to 30 days)
- Password-reset tokens — until used or expired
- Logs — retained for a limited operational period
7. Your rights (UK GDPR)
You may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to data portability. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

8. Security
We use industry-standard measures including hashed passwords, HttpOnly session cookies, HTTPS in production, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. Children
SWG is a business service for attraction operators. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children for account creation.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Material changes may also be notified by email or in-product notice where appropriate.
