Opening hours 9:30am–5:30pm. The whole site is climate-controlled — Rainforest Walk, Butterfly Vault, and Nocturnal House stay tropical whatever the sky does.

Every trail, feed, and viewing gallery sits under glass — outdoor showers are your cue, not a cancel.
